2. Story treatment
The Story of Omega is set in the city Miami, where five characters live in a flat together.
they consent of Guy, Olde Knick, Earth man, The chairman and Yarn cat.
the story is guy, a human who works for the council and is a social worker however one
day he gets set on a new project he had not heard of.
this project was to look after 4 demons and make sure they cause no trouble until the
day he expired upset with the life he's given he is too fed up with life to try and escape
this fate, guy had just lost his girl friend and has no car or nice possessions he works
everyday just to buy things to pay for him to keep working the next day, so accepts the
life he has been given in the hope of change in his life and some peace and quite.
the 4 demons he has to look after are Olde Knick who and evil demon stuck in the form
of a trumpet and is looking to reap souls to get full form back and his power.
Yarn cat is a cat trapped in the 'body' of a ball of yarn and is servilely depressed and is a
massive push over whom never stands up for him self.
Earth man is loath of bread who is sexually confused and looking for the true meaning of
love and is willing to find it in any way possible.
The chairman is a british octopus that is was a major in the great wars, now he is
explosive alcoholic and gambler to forgot.
4. guy
Guy is leader of the group however not by choice, Guy is council worker
who got demoted to look after a group people in a half-way house(flat)
which the in the project he had never heard of.
and now he is looking after 4 demons with no question in the matter.
Guy is the height of miserable people, with a miserable job, a miserable
life, no car, no spouse or girlfriend.
guy is the bottom line loser in terms of where is life is gone however
the thing about him is he isnt depressed or sad character, he is just
miserable and wants his peace and quiet.
however seeming the predicament he is clearing never going what he
wants due to all the demons he looking after everyday as they cause
daily chaos.
lastly guy was meant to represent the human race in general well
people who live in the city at least. because the viewers are meant to
relate to his feelings and his wants and reflects their miserable lives
back to them.
7. Yarn cat
Yarn cat is a feline trapped in the object of yarn in ball form, yarn cat's character
is servilely depressed and is always the one getting pushed around and lets
people get away with anything they want. is also a massive suck up to the
character Olde Knick due to the fear he stirs in him so he tries to keep on his good
side.
Yarn cat used to be a normal successful cat working as an accounted in hell for
the devil until one day he pushed his luck by trying to take one the devils
wishes(soul trade wish) however it send south and ended badly luckly he kept his
soul and was send to earth and become everything he ever wanted to be.
9. Earth man
Earth man is a loath of bread that is not either gender he/she is genderless and is
simply a loath of bread that is alive, she uses make up for a face and redraws
emotions when she can.
earth man was made but mistake by dark conjuring and isn't almost the generic
robot that wants to know what love is?
However earth man believes he found it by choosing female as the preferred gender
and trying to have a relationship with any man possible. she will go to extreme
lengths to find love. and as she develops she in facts captures men in the night and
keeps them in cages to find out what love is and how to get it.
10. Olde knick
Olde Knick is the evil one of the group, just pure evil is
only goal is to get what he wants and will use any means
needed to do so, and what he wants? souls, mainly
children's souls.
olde knick is in a form where all his power is limited and
has been in this form for thousands of years he needs
the souls to regain his full form and power.
Olde knick spends his time mainly come up with plans to
go to the outside world for souls and tormenting the
others in the flat, olde Knick is also incredibly racist and
sexist and every form of offensive.
11. Episode structure
first episode structure: "you've got mail!"
Guy wakes up to a usual morning of the gang doing something completely insane and
whacky, just to ignore it and drink his coffee and get by the day with no issues.
olde knick greets him in a creepy comical way of sneaking up behind Guy whilst he drinks
his coffee and scares him with a tongue licking hello, at this point the door rings as Earth
man knows who it is and prepares him/her selfs for the door.
and the post man is on the over side looking nervous and shocked, by Earth man before the
post man knows Earth man is jumping on him and kissing his neck, the post man runs off in
flash leaving behind the post and all the letters.
Guy picks the letter adressed to the house and reads it in horror, reading the words aloud to
the others, it pans to their horror too, everyone panics as Guy takes control and tells them
to get there essentials and this point everyone runs upstairs as Guy looks at the letter once
more before a look of remorse and lets the letter go.
we see everyone get their belongings in different rooms, yarn cat with an empty room
remembering olde knick took his stuff when they moved in, The Chairman is packing 3 suitcases
of whisky and gin, olde knick is collecting jar of souls and is his one true treasure and lastly Earth
man is packing thongs,bras etc amongst with sexual tools and items with tied up men in the
back ground looking in pain.
we end on the letter being shown to the audience with a shot of the words on the letter "we are
coming", everyone runs through the front door as we fade to black.
12. Episode seasonepisode 2 - 'I AM THE LAW' Olde knick is mad at the world and convinces the others to join him to hack the FBI and become the law,
guy tries his best to stop their efforts and it gets out of hand.
episode 3 - ' circus comes around' - the circus is in town and the whole gang wants to go, Guy is reluctant to but gives a one time free
pass, it was one of the last few mistakes he will make as the gang steal animals and performers.
episode 4 - 'down town' - olde knick and the chairman are missing for two days now and haven't come back from a night Guy has no
option but to look for them in the darkest parts of town with yarn cat and Earth man but his side.
episode 5 - 'the cousins' - The chairman's cousins are coming round for the week, uninvited.
the chairman was one thing but his cousins prove a serious issue for to overcome as they party round the city, gambling the Omega
gangs money, the chairman is in a tight spot of whom to put his loyalty with.
episode 6 - ' origins' - everyone is being strange by not being strange, Guy is worried by everyone just sitting down and not doing
something whacky, he calls his boss to find out more as he reveals their past and what happened to them 10 years ago today.
episode 7 - 'the big day' - Earth man is getting married! everyone is surprised to the news but don't want to know the gruesome
details at all, Earth man leads everyone on a Easter egg like hunt to the chapel with hints to the partner and themes.
episode 8 - 'vacation' - Guy has enough and calls his vacation leave finally, except the gang follow him there and ruin his holiday as
they insult locals and get into international trouble.
episode 9 - 'lazy day' - everyone is having a lazy day but Guy needs them all to do chores around the house, with Olde Knick pulling
pranks and gags when he can he makes everyone's job a lot harder.
episode 10 - 'greed' - the dark side of Yarn cat his here, greed the old devil on Yarn cat's back is here to convince him to go back to his
old ways of doing whatever it takes to get everything he ever wanted, the struggle breaks the group up as greed leaches on everyone
to be greedy.
episode 11 - 'quests!' - (Game of Thrones parody) everyone is into Game of Thrones, and the gang takes it apon them selves to start
gangs that ruin parts of the city in a medieval style country feud, its up to Guy to convince them to get a grip
episode 12 - 'crack down' - 'You've got mail' sequel episode, a bunch of nut job weirdo's who think aliens are real, the government
hides the truth and hunt monster (which they are right about) are after the demon crew and want them dead and off this world, the
Omega crew must pull it together to survive.
13. Season plans
Season and episode schedules.
the seasons will be a 12 episode structure with two seasons a year, each
episode will be about 2-5 minutes long being released in weekly basis during a
season time line.
character development
the character development will be very limited with only key episodes on
specific characters changing views or traits, however guy will always be
developing through the actions of the others and how he treats situations he is
in.

Media consumption: john young would watch a lot of you tube and gaming videos and enjoy
cartoons, sci-fi and fantasy films and weird pass times and social events like a lot of social
websites and conventions of games and comics.
john young would play video games on the pc and like listening to pod casts.
average Day: wake up check you tube, Facebook and other social sites for updates in the
morning, then go to college and social with friends.
go to forbidden planet and game in the city to buy video games and game tees.
then after that he would go home and listen to pod casts whilst playing games with his friends
then later in the evening he would go on social sites and talk to friends then watch famous you
tube videos.
spending power: week-end job/ part time, john young would have the power to buy about 2
games a month or spending money on going to the cinema or meal out's with his friends all
things to do with social activates or leisure.
this animation would appeal to john young because it's a nice length that he can easily fit into a
day it also would be his humor and would reference a lot to real life issues and references like
social sites, movies, games and general life so he could easily relate to the series.
