Wouldn't it be unfortunate if you worked on your business for 5, 10, 15 years or more and when the time came to retire you could not sell your business and had to simply walk away. You have had to give up all that goodwill and momentum generated by your business over the years.

How you avoid that scenario is to create a business that is a "Living Asset". A Living asset is a business that generates income on its own accord. You have a team who love where they work and what they do. Most importantly you have provided a good stable work place for your loyal employees and in effect supported their families. The Living asset you have created becomes a vehicle that generates an appropriate level of annual profit and has a good returning customer base. This Living Asset become a vehicle you can sell to the next generation of entrepreneur or even perhaps a large corporate who would like to take over the market share that you have developed.

How can you potentially do this? You follow the Premiership Business Equation.
