FAQ Does the school computer need to download any software? Not at all. Your teachers only needs stable internet connection (from the school or from other locations). Our Support Team is also experienced in helping School’s IT department when needed.What payment method is accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards. We also accept Paypal payments. For your peace of mind, we selected Paypal for all credit card payments for its wide coverage, and more importantly, the added safety that we never have access to your credit cards details. If the school prefers paying with electronic transfers, please contact us for details.Can student ‘book’ a lesson or have a ‘fixed’ lesson time? This is totally up to your school. Your school can have an ‘open session’ time, where students can call any teacher they want within their course group. Or, the school can open the system to allow teachers to use during their ‘after school’ hours to practice with their students and arrange their lesson time individually. The idea is to offer students more options and opportunities to practice speaking Chinese, but there are many different ways the school can use the platform to allow online lessons to be conducted between your teacher and your students.Do students need to pay you to use my online school? No. There are not charges outside the monthly rental. As the school administrator can validate all students’ registrations, you can be sure that the students who access your online school pages and call your teachers are the ones you have authorised. It is the school’s decision on whether or not to increase their course fees or provide the service as an ‘addition’ product. We will not interfere with how school charge their students.
