In this case study, a start-up, sporting goods company looked to grow its core business in golf equipment by reducing costs and developing innovative products. The Company also wanted to expand into hockey sticks, so we implemented a disciplined sourcing strategy and a licensing plan that resulted in significant cost savings, an expanded product portfolio, and licensing agreements with the NHL.
