How the Royalty Program Works: AchieveLinks® Program Association Royalty Agreement ACI agrees to compensate your Association for its participation in and sustained endorsement of the AchieveLinks Program. Consistent with the AchieveLinks Participation Agreement Terms & Conditions, the terms ACI, Us or Our refers to Affinity Center International, LLC, the terms You or Your refers to the Association, and the term Member refers to the program participant. 1. The Association will share in the Links Revenue generated by its Members through transactions with AchieveLinks Program Merchant Partners and through its Members’ AchieveLinks Rewards Platinum Visa® Card spend. “Links Revenue” means Links earned by your Members, times one cent ($0.01). Links Revenue excludes Links awarded to Your Members which are not generated from transactions with AchieveLinks Program Merchant Partners (including, without limitation, sign up promotions, first purchase promotions or any other form of incentive). 2. The Association’s Compensation will be paid no later than 45 days after the end of the calendar quarter in which Your total Compensation due reaches or exceeds $250. “Compensation” means Your members Links Revenue times 2.5 percent. 3. In the event that any provision of this Royalty Agreement shall, for any reason, be deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 4. This document incorporates all the provisions of the AchieveLinks Participation Agreement Terms & Conditions.
