It is also houses the Rescue ring.TECHNOLOGYThe Rotomolding technology is used to produce hollow structures. The Beach stretcher is designed tobe used in case of accidents near the water. Therefore to facilitate floating it is produced as a foamfilled object using the rotomolding technology.MATERIALThis product is made out of medium density polyethylene(MDPE) filled with polyurethane foam.PE is one the most widely used polymers in the industry. The long hydrocarbon chain structure makes itsuitable for various industrial uses. In case of our product it provides a reasonable amount toughnessand excellect chemical resistance. Polyurethane foam further adds strength to the design and is alsothe best material for flotation. The life buoy’s are filled with polyurethane foam
