Short film

•    The brief requires a short film which has been adapted from the theme of fairy tales, myths and fables. The short film will be
     an adaptation of the classic child Aesop children’s fable: ‘The boy who cried wolf’. The short film adaptation will enable the
     group to modernize the fable, through the use of narrative, genre, mise en scene and to some extent Ideology. The short
     film will deal with a moral concept which is linked to Ideology.
The moral of the short film will be: ‘’ There is no believing a liar, even when he speaks the truth’’.




Poster
• Also apart of the brief will be to create a poster for the film to be showcased. The poster should include images from the film
directly or images taken separately and must be made clear what the film will be about through the manipulation of language and
image.


A film magazine review page featuring the film (double page spread)
A film magazine review featuring the film will be made using a double page spread which will involve the content of the
film, including comments made by the main cast as well as those who would have previewed it.
