Construction Means and Methods www.houriganconstruction.com www.cbf.org Noise Reduction • Activities producing higher levels of noise will be performed between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday Green Construction Processes Utilized to Reduce Carbon Footprint • On site water management • No onsite construction parking • Solar panel array for temporary construction power • Water well for temporary construction water • Pollution reduction methods utilized on equipment • Containment areas around temporary toilets • Minimize use of fossil fuel equipment Public Parking and Access to Park • Parking at the City pump house or Marlin Bay Drive • Access to park identified via signage Construction Traffic • Primary construction route: Shore Dr. to E. Stratford • Construction hours: Monday through Friday 6:30 am – 5:00 pm • Construction parking at the City pump house • Dust control methods Safety & Security • 6’ tall security fence • Motion sensor lighting • Web based security camera
