This platform will also encourage new ideas, new innovations, and growth. Simultaneously we maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness in our relationships with our sponsors, vendors, professional associates, and attendees. “In the midst of a recession “Indulgence; Gourmet Tasting for Charity” is a classic example of the American spirit of giving back to promote community groups. It‟s simple; this event will provide corporate companies, entrepreneurs, and small business, a platform to promote their organizations. Seeking to address the many challenges seriously ill children and their families face, Starlight offers an array of in-hospital and out-patient programs and services. Programs such as Starlight Fun Center™ Mobile Entertainment Units are interactive entertainment units that include a Sharp Aquos® flat-panel screen, a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii™ system. These portable units can roll anywhere in the hospital, including right up to a child‟s bedside, so even children who can‟t get out of bed can still play. Hospital Happenings® include a variety of themed parties, toys and visits from entertainers, along with specialized programs. Great Escapes™ helps build meaningful and lasting memories for seriously ill children and their families. Children, their siblings and parents attend special outings where they make vital connections with other families, experience respite from medical routines, and renew their sense of hope. That‟s what Great Escapes is all about – connecting children to other children, families to other families, and most of all helping children break free from the isolation that often accompanies an illness while letting them know they are not alone. 2

This will give you access to a desirable consumer market of mid to high level income consumers in the New York City area, a city with over 11 million consumers. Our target market for attendees to Comfort Zone Cooking (CZC) sponsored events have been referred to as “Foodies”. These individuals are sophisticated and interesting professionals who know how to experience the best things in life. Some of these consumers we foster relationships with are political and celebrity consumers. They are a diverse group of individuals from a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and professions; ages range from 25 to 45 mid to high level income. Consequently, this consumer is also socially conscious and a charitable consumer. Foodies are a distinct hobbyist. Typical foodie interests, and activities include; the food industry, wineries, and wine tasting, breweries, and beer, spirit sampling, food science, food distribution, food fads, health and nutrition. Many publications have food columns that cater to foodies. Interest by foodies in the 1980s and 1990s gave rise to the Food Network and other specialized food programming. In addition, television shows about food such as Top Chef and Iron Chef, revolutionized a renaissance in specialized cookbooks, and periodicals such as Gourmet Magazine and Cook's Illustrated. Advertising on StumbleUpon is also the way we promote our new events. This is another way we will use to generated awareness of the event. We target those interested specifically in food issues, spirit sampling, and new innovative products. Each visitor and or click is a real visitor to the site. We are able as well as to monitor approval rating. We also use AdBrite this site allows you to target specific websites and niches. Google AdWords when people search on Google using one of the keywords our public relations team creates our event and blog website will appear next to the search results. This is another way we are advertising to an audience that's already interested. Myspace.com social pages are also ways we create awareness and drive consumers to event and brand links. We will use methods through our promotions to drive consumers to view YouTube to view event video. Online Video isn't the future, it's the present: 75% of Americans watched a video online last month. And YouTube is far and away the leader in this space with hundreds of millions of videos viewed daily. YouTube offers a unique opportunity to connect with our audience in a personal and targeted way -- and the ability to do so at massive scale.
