  1. 1. 12c for EPM 11.1.2.3 Getting to know… 12c for EPM (though not compatible for the current version of EPM 11.1.2.3).   2. 2. Note: Advanced Install is Selected to choose the correct character set recommended by EPM
  3. 3. Pre check to confirm if no existing user is present for the user to be created in the above selected option. Create New Windows User is selected
  4. 4. Note: Container database is unchecked… to know more please read the Multitenant Architecture… available on Oracle site and also on the ReadMe…
  5. 5. Note: Do NOT select default as the character set is not recommended or conflicts will arise while configuring EPM (Default is selected while performing a typical install)
  6. 6. Option to choose different passwords, however in this article / presentation Same password is selected in the next screen.
  7. 7. Hey, Option to Edit before performing an Install, by skipping the back or even canceling the installation.
  8. 8. As the Database is being created, in the mean while we will check to see if the user is created in windows. Below screenshot displays the newly created user (DBAdmin).
