  5. 5. CONTENT PRODUCTION Content and Social Media Framework Content Calendars & KPI’s Digital literacy / writing for the web
  6. 6. INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE Adapt rigid and deep navigation structures Beware of complex functionality Taxonomy Meta data Ontology?
  7. 7. NOW YOU CAN DEFINE A SOLUTION Responsive, surely (or should it be Adaptive?) Build component libraries Prototype, user test, iterate (remove abstraction) Extend your QA process to all devices Pilots are good (esp. if you have a massive site!)
