    • What is it?
      • An extension of education that offers different teaching & learning styles to aide student learning

    • Moodle
    • RCampus
      • Both are FREE!!
      • Develop & build electric portfolios
      • Upload documents, activities, assignments, and assessments
      • Use to set up teams for collaborative assignments or study groups
  • 5. Benefits of CMS include…
    • STUDENT
      • Provides motivations through student-centered learning
      • Fills instructional & learning gaps
      • Access lessons for review & practice
      • Gather absent work
      • Supports authentic student learning
    • TEACHER
      • Utilize electronic dropbox to reduce paper assignments
      • Provides classroom messaging options
      • can provide a variety of question formats through online assessments
  • 6. Online learning and it’s potential to close instructional gaps…
    • Students learning styles, needs, and interests can be accommodated through individualized instruction.
