  • 2. Entering Campaigns – click “+Tab” and from the main menu choose Campaigns<br />
  • 3. Click “New” to create a new Campaign<br />
  • 4. Enter in the name of your Campaign<br />
  • 5. Enter in the name of your Campaign and other details<br />
  • 6. Entering Leads – click “+Tab” and from the main menu choose Leads<br />
  • 7. Click “New” to add a new Lead, adding their info and choosing the correct Campaign<br />
  • 8. Name and phone number(s)<br />How they heard of you (Campaign)<br />Email address<br />Contact method (did they call, email or walk in?)<br />Enter as much Lead information as possible!<br />

  • 11. Tracking Campaign Results<br />What you want to track:<br />Which campaigns did you get Leads from?<br />How did they contact you? (Call, Email, In Person, etc.)<br />Calculate your cost per lead (the cost of the campaign divided bythe numbers of leads it gained)<br />

Website Leads into PerfectMIND<br />You can have a web-to-lead form on your website that upon its completion, all of the lead’s contact information will automatically sync into PerfectMIND!<br />Choose the fields for your web form<br />Embed it on your website for your promotion<br />Set up auto emails for the lead and yourself<br />
