Answers<br />1- I think that a constitution is a set of rules for the goverment,<br />It can be writen or no, of an soberan state!<br />2-There were a lot of constitutions before constitution of 1886<br />There were constitutions between 1809 and 1830.<br />In 1811 la provincia de cundinamarca was free, In 1830 eight constitutions were also free , for example : Tunja,Cartagena,Mariquita,Neiva and Antioquia!<br />3-In the United States the slavery was abolished in 18465<br />In british colonies the slavery was abolished in 1834 <br />And in frensh colonies the slavery was abolished in 1848<br />4-A constitutional amendment is a change in the constitution of a nation or a state .Amendments require a special procedure different from that used for ordinarylaws<br />
