Upgrading enabled IT support staff to monitor the entire system (including handsets) from their support desk. The main advantage to Bunnings was being able to cluster each location together across their local area network (LAN) to take advantage of low cost communication. - Rollout Mitel 3300 ICP into various warehouse locations across Australia - Wireless IP DECT handset integration - Liaise with Bunnings IT staff to meet project requirements - Post installation documentation EUA Exchange The head office in Sydney installed a new Mitel business system which enabled their office to use the one LAN for both their computers and telephones. Remote sites were directly connected via their Virtual Private Network (VPN) which enabled calls to be transferred from one location to another, in addition to allowing free internal calls. Bing Lee Roll out of the system across NSW of the Mitel system. The system enables each store can to call another store at a very low cost using their existing LAN. My voice has also been used on the default database in a professional sense informing callers when they are placed on hold, and also providing out of hours information recordings. WC Penfolds The Mitel controller was installed in the head office in Sydney. Each site in Sydney also had VOIP handsets connected via their VPN back to the head office. This enabled the business to heavily reduce telephone carrier charges for their internal calling and the ability to transfer calls between stores. Cycling Sports Group This project utilised a combination of Mobile Extensions, External Hot Desk (EHD) extensions, Teleworker Handsets, VPN handsets and a Unified Communications server. The customer took advantage of the new EHD extensions by including them in the automated attendant options.
