      • Applies to VoIP services in the US and its territories, whether “fixed” (by physical limitations or contractual provisions) or mobile (whether “limited mobility,” i.e., within a rate center or a SR area, or full mobility,

    • NYC VoIP 911 In NYC Verizon and Intrado established a gateway connected to the 911 Selective Routers with dedicated facilities.
