So Ihave thought on a product that implies gathering money from Alumni in a fund of donationsallocated for PBoX-es sustainability, CEEDerships incoming and outgoing on the exchange areas orother activities that imply growth on exchange programs.How I am going to implement this is through the next steps: 1. Create the description and implementation plan for the product development together with the LCVP’s Alumni and NST 2. Come with the motion in BOA meeting and also in meetings with Alumni for feedback both on idea and implementation plan 3. *Readapt after feedback ( only if it’s needed) 4. Create the action plan, communication strategy, split responsibilities for each NST member. 5. Implement the communication plan and evaluate the results 6. Start gathering money in a special fund created together with MCVP Finance 7. Require from MCVP’s exchange ways of using the money and start use the fund for exchange activities 8. Follow up and reports sent to Alumni with the usage of money and the results brought (if they are short term coming results)
The second product development Alumni Donations is a product based on improvement of the previousAIESEC scholarship in order to bring more results on the profit side and also impact more members intheir development. I want to improve this product development for two reasons. One it keeps Alumniinvolved and close to the members and their development and the second one is that it brings in membersmind the mindset that Alumni are involved in the organization, that are willing to help members in orderto develop themselves and the organization.For example, in Iasi, there was a social campaign through which alumni have gathered an amount of moneythey are investing 2 times per year in members in order to bring results but also to take initiative.The strategy and the steps for implementing this product are: 1. Improve and develop the plan for Alumni donations, establish criteria and way of giving it 2. Receive feedback from Alumni and find people willing to involve 3. Gather money in that specific fund 4. Start the promo and launch applications at national level 5. Select members that will receive 6. Give the money 7. Follow up 8. Continuous fundraising for that fund from all the Alumni.Thinking about other products that brought us money in the past I realize that It’s not necessarily a newproduct but more of an improvement on event management for big events/conferences that we areorganizing for Alumni and with the help of Alumni and companies. For example we could focus more onLOT and ELA in order to generate more money as profit. A strategy will be to have a second event like ELAwhen NC is happening or SprinCo.Beside these product developments I will keep the focus on national level and I will give directions to thelocal level to involve Alumni more on campaigns like 2 %, 3‰ and also have a focus on events that requirefund raising from Alumni (AIESEC anniversaries, Alumnization events, Alumni week-end, etc)4. Write down the strategy for product development (how and what will you use in order todevelop such a product) and product placement (how will you make sure it’s bought and how willyou sell it) of GIP Incoming and Outgoing on the Alumni market.GIP incoming product development& placement strategyAt the moment we have a campaign of Raising on GIPi on Alumni Development area at national level whichI think we should continue because the results are starting to appear. And this both nationally and locally (Leading byexample from MCVP first and further from LCVP’s). How do you envision AIESEC Romanias Alumni Network in the next 3 years and what will yourcontribution be towards it?An Alumni network should be in my opinion as strong as the organization itself and specially also willing tobring the impact that our vision and values should. The Life Long Connection stage should be a strong oneand the two communities: of Alumni and of H4TF members should work together in order to create truechange agents. How I see that happening is first through creating a strong Alumni Network with involved Alumni andwith some objectives established towards involvement in AIESEC. One of the directions of this AlumniNetwork next step would be create the appropriate environment for interaction between H4TF membersand Alumni, create the right product development together with Alumni in order to “absorb” in the Alumnicommunity. I also see a direction towards more involvement from Alumni in the education cycle ofmembers( mentoring& coaching system at national level, conferences organized by Alumni for memberseducation etc) and also on the exchange part which we are trying to grow year by year( provide more leads,be TN takers, go on exchange on GIP program etc)How can I contribute towards what I envision as an MCVP Alumni is first keep the actual connectionsbetween Alumni and AIESEC, capitalize on them and create product development that helps both AIESECbut also the Alumni community to integrate the H4TF members on the market. Also I can put the base of astrategy for the next years based on product development created on each stakeholders need ( Alumni orH4TF and members). I think a strategy like this will help increase the performance of AIESEC on differentprograms and also grow the number of Alumni involved in AIESEC, number of Alumni and H4TF membersthat collaborate which further will lead to a strong network.
