  • 1. Anger Problems – One of the main issues with our society.
  • 2. In today’s world one of the most pressing issues are anger problems.
  • 3. Everyone gets angry, there is nothing wrong with you, and it is totally normal.
  • 4. The problem arises when we can't control our emotions.
  • 5. Uncontrollable anger doesn’t just lead to self-destructive actions, but also can bring harm to your close ones.

  • 7. Anger problems not only have a huge impact on a personal and family life, but also on life of others.
  • 8. Some people don’t show their true self close to their family; instead they choose to take out their emotions on other people.
  • 9. Have you ever had a boss who seemed to have his off days and kept bullying you around? A teacher who had nothing better to do than be annoying?
  • 10. Going outside just to get into a quarrel with a random guy? Having a mean cashier while buying your favorite fruits? I bet you know what I mean.
  • 11. All of us find a way to release this negative energy, but some people choose to do it a different, I will be even as brave as to state that they do it in a wrong way.
  • 12. Anger management classes have been created for such people.
  • 13. They teach you how to control your emotions and keep them under your command.
  • 14. Those classes have gone through a huge revolution and now are dominating the online market.
  • 15. Anger courses are available for everyone and thanks to it someday we might live in a world free of uncontrollable anger – crime, violence, family abuse, bullying, etc.
  • 16. Let’s not get carried away - it is all wishful thinking.
  • 17. Although we would love to live in such a world, I think we all have to start from somewhere - ourselves.
  • 18. Let’s not be hypocrites we all get angry from time to time, but let’s try to release those feelings in a more positive way.
  • 19. I’m pretty sure you have heard this hundreds if not thousands of times – sports, writing a journal, meditation, etc.
  • 20. Well I won’t surprise you one bit by saying that few minutes holding your pen and writing down your thoughts can change your attitude from negative to positive.
  • 21. That doing an exercise for 10 min every two days can bring peace into your life.
  • 22. It is all scientifically proven (even if this doesn’t mean much in our world).
  • 23. Trust me on this one, spending around 20 minutes a day doing some kind of exercise will lower your stress level to minimum.
  • 24. If everyone took these 20 minutes a day I believe the world could be a completely different place.
  • 25. In conclusion I would like to state that anger problems are one of the main factors of the weak state of our society.
  • 26. Anger problems are not only caused by lack of knowledge, but also by poverty.
  • 27. I’m sure none of us can stop poverty from appearing in our everyday life, but gaining knowledge never hurt.
