    • Meditations on GratitudeBE IN A CONSTANT STATE OFGRATITUDE – LIVE THERE
    • LIFE I am grateful for my life
    • ABUNDANCE I am grateful for the abundance that I enjoy – my great health, clean water to drink at least three square meals a day, the bounty of the rich warm sunshine, the air and the snow.
    • FAMILY I am grateful for my family and the people who love and support my dreams.
    • WORK I am grateful for the work I do and for the money I receive which allows me to buy the things I need and to share with my family, friends and organizations I support
    • ORIGINAL FAMILY I am grateful for the family I was born into that has taught me what I needed and contracted to learn in this lifetime.
    • CHILDREN I am grateful for my children who have allowed me to experience what unconditional love is and who have provided me with exciting learning opportunities and skills that is serving me well on this journey.,
    • EYE SIGHT I am grateful for my eye sight which allows me to see the beauty of this wonderful, magical earth through this unique sense.
    • SPECIAL FRIENDS I am grateful for my special friends who annoy the daylights out of me because they are like emotional lighthouses they shine a light in the dark corners of my heart and mind that I need to pay attention to.
    • KINDRED SPIRITS I am grateful for my friends who are supportive, who listen and who are my kindred spirits they affirm everything that is good about me.
    • SHARE I am grateful for the abundance that flows into my life that allows me to share generously with those less fortunate than myself.
    • NEIGHBOUR I am grateful for my neighbour who shovels my snow without any expectations of repayment.
    • EX-HUSBAND I am grateful for my ex-husband who has taught me more about myself and pointed out areas that I needed to work on to improve my life.
    • COUNTRY I am grateful to be living in a peaceful country.
    • WHAT I CAN DO I am grateful that I can smile, dance, sing, taste and enjoy a moonlit night with twinkling stars, oh that is so good.
    • HEART I am grateful for my flexible heart which expands and contracts according to the amount of love I receive and give to others.
    • JOB I am grateful for my job that is so fulfilling and to work with such awesome folks.
    • COMPUTER I am grateful for having a computer through which I can touch the world.
    • EDUCATION I am grateful for all the continuous education I receive from unexpected sources free of charge because people are willing to share. My gratitude is life-sustaining. Thank you.
