Bring Talent to the Team . </li></ul><ul><li>It’s everyone’s responsibility. </li></ul><ul><li>If you find great talent and cannot use them, refer them to a teammate. </li></ul><ul><li>Be good at what you do, keep getting better. </li></ul>
