  4. 4. BREATHE DEEPLY (get lots of oxygen)
  5. 5. EAT HEALTHY FOOD
  6. 6. Water + Oxygen + Food = brain fuel
  7. 7. Brains also need SLEEP
  8. 8. Sleep well = think well
  9. 9. Napping is normal And helps you think better!
  10. 10. Our brains rest while we sleep, right? No!
  11. 11. Surprise: we learn while we sleep!
  12. 12. EXERCISE IS VERY IMPORTANT
  13. 13. Exercise boosts brain power
  14. 14. A review: healthy happy brain
  15. 15. What the brain does NOT need
  16. 16. Alcohol and drug misuse damages your brain!
  17. 17. Seek support, choose differently
  18. 18. You can rebuild your brain can recover
  19. 19. Also, lots of STRESS is bad for your brain
  20. 20. Stressed brain can’t learn well
  21. 21. Short term stress - OK
  22. 22. Long-term stress - BAD
  23. 23. Really: stress is bad for your brain!
  24. 24. Happy safe home = non stressed brain
  25. 25. Calm, happy brains learn well… so reduce your stress
  26. 26. Good news: Reducing stress is relaxing and fun!
