  2. We’ll create a Sharp Website For Your Property. It will have a unique domain name for your street address. And it will be syndicated to more than 20 major property search portals like Trulia, Zillow, and Google Base.
  3. We will market your home using REALTOR.COM Showcase Program. Your listing will stand out with Max Photos, Awesome Descriptions, Virtual Tour and Video. TWO HUGE FACTORS to consider is that there are NO ADS on your listing and the showcase drives more traffic to your listing .
  4. <ul><li>We’ll use the pictures of your property to create a visually appealing </li></ul><ul><li>virtual tour. It will be syndicated to over 30 websites. The online based </li></ul><ul><li>tour will be sent directly to buyers and other real estate agents. We will </li></ul><ul><li>convert it to video to be uploaded to Youtube so that your property can </li></ul><ul><li>be found on the very popular video sharing site. </li></ul>
  5. Speaking of YouTube, it is the 2 nd largest search engine in the world. (1 st is Google which owns YouTube) Because of the 2 Billion visits per day, it is important that we advertise your listing here. This is why in addition to the virtual tour, we take a quick, narrated video tour of your home and post it on You Tube and to all of the Social Media Sharing Sites.
  6. We’ll create Craigslist ads which will incorporate TEXT, VIDEO, VIRTUAL TOUR AND YOUR PROPERTY WEBSITE. We will post it on a weekly basis. Craigslist is becoming increasingly popular for buyers searching for homes using the internet. Your presence here will expose your home to hundreds, maybe thousands of potential buyers.
  7. It is important for you that we use Social Media to market your home. Facebook has over 500 million Users and Twitter has over 300 million. We can “friend” you and get your property website, videos, status comments about your home and open house events out to thousands of people in an instant.
  8. QR CODES QR codes are to be scanned by any phone with a code reader. We place these codes on all marketing materials for your home. When the code is scanned, the viewer will be taken to a Phone-Enhanced version of your property website. We find this is a great way to “marry” our print ads to the high tech resources we use to get your home sold .
  9. The Phone! This one’s a simple step that most of our competitors never think to take. We’re going to call the 5 agents who have participated in the most recent sales in your area. Chances are good these agents might have other buyers looking in the neighborhood. It will be our job to keep your property top-of-mind with cooperating agents.
