  • The Pasig River Redevelopment
  • Project Description Project: Pasig River Redevelopment Architect: Palafox Associates Redevelopment of Pasig River waterways and riverbanks in order to increase tourism, alleviate traffic, cap toxic substances that pollute the once fabled and revered river in history and literary books, revitalize its waters so as to make the river fit for swimming, fish catching, and as a transport system. One focus site of the redevelopment is the Makati- Mandaluyong area spanning from the Guadalupe Bridge up to Makati-Mandaluyong Bridge. Another is the area in Intramuros known as the Muelle del Rio.

  • Project Description Project: The Rockwell Center Location : Makati City, Philippines Client: Rockwell Land Corporation Architect: Palafox Associates Scope of Work: The West Block -- Residential Towers Key Information: The Rockwell Center master plan commenced with the development of five high-rise luxury residential apartments situated on a 2.8-hectare land area now known as The West Block. To this day, these four towers serve as the industry benchmark for top quality, innovation and premium lifestyle making Rockwell the most coveted address in the metro.

  • Project Description Project: Rizal Tower Location : The Rockwell Center, Makati City, Philippines Client: Rockwell Land Corporation Architect: Palafox Associates Key Information: A 46-storey luxury residential tower with a total gross area of 57,650 square meters. The tower has four basement levels for utilities and parking spaces. The second through the 45th floor comprise the residential units. It has a total of 157 units: 137 three-bedroom units, 20 four-bedroom units, and 2 one- bedroom units.

Everything is within walking distance to Hidalgo be it café’s, shops or even The Rockwell Club. Most notably close is the Ateneo Graduate School.

Amorsolo West is an 18 storey structure made graceful with gentle slopes caressing its sides. Amorsolo East features units with a verdant view of the Center's parkland and the metropolis surrounding Rockwell. Greeting you at the main lobby is an expanse of glass and stone that gives you a peek of the tropical paradise within.
