PermissionsI could, and it might even be a good idea for some meetings where people have some really wierd ideas about taking notes. IIRC someone got phone and laptop confiscated when trying to get into some launch recently. But the good news is the licence on the slides lets you do that yourself if you want to! Oh you’re that Cameron NeylonChris, thanks for the pointer. I was aware of Diso and took inspiration from your recent talk at Twiist but I haven’t yet looked in as much detail at Diso as I should. It’s useful to think about how research activities map onto this and where they might not. I’ve argued a lot that in most cases generic services serve perfectly well for researchers and are much better resourced so can be expected to provide better (if not specifically designed) user experiences. I have been feeling that identity might be different but probably only at the level of specific services built over a generic framework. It would be interesting to explore the edge cases to see how well Diso does map on to our use cases and possibly also how that might provide a different perspective on the approaches that are being taken in the online word more generally.6 months ago
