Background to the project<br />Working definition of Open Educational Resources [OER]: ‘Digitised materials offered freely and openly for educators, students and self-learners to use and reuse for teaching, learning and research.’ OECD<br />C-SAP project was part of Phase 2 of the HEFCE-funded UKOER programme, managed jointly by the Higher Education Academy (Academy) and JISC.<br />Phase 2 expanded the work of the UK OER pilot phase around the release of OER material.<br />
