    Student Using Collaboration - Presentation Transcript

    1. Using the Collaboration Tool
    2. All users should arrive in the collaboration  area five minutes in advance to allow time for collaboration set up View the training materials to obtain help on  collaboration set up
    3. Click on “Communication”
    4. Click on Collaboration
    5.  If you have a toolbar that blocks pop-ups set the blocker to allow pop-ups  Choose “Join” in the Collaboration session area  If a yellow bar appears at the top of the browser screen asking permission to install a control, allow the installation
    6. Chat messages appear in this area. Type
    7. Click on Map to navigate the course
    8. Click on Course area to display content in collaboration area
    9. Click on Whiteboard and select tools Equations
    10. 1. Click Controls 2. Add Page 3. Choose page 4. Display
    11. 1. Click Group Browser 2. Type web address 3. Choose display & click Go
    12. Ask Questions or check the Questions Inbox 1 2
