  • 2. Class Announcements  Tests  Grade Center  Faculty Information  Links to Web or Textbook Content  Assignments  Glossary 
  • 3. From the Control Panel select Send Email
  • 4. Choose the Recipients
  • 5. From the Control Panel select Announcements
  • 6. Click Add Announcement
  • 7. From the Control Panel select Assignments
  • 8. Choose “Assignment” from the drop down menu
  • 9. 1. Name the assignment & record points possible 2. Upload files if desired and set availability 3. Submit
  • 10. Assignments can be removed or modified at any time
  • 11. Tests can be automatically graded (except for  essay answers) Grades can be automatically added to the Grade  Center Test questions can be randomly selected from a  pool Practice tests can be provided with unlimited  attempts
  • 12. Click Test Manager
  • 13. Click Add Test
  • 14. Name the test & provide a description and instructions
  • 15. Choose the type of question to add, then click Go
  • 16. From the Assignments area, click add test
  • 17. Select the desired test and click submit
  • 18. Whiteboard  Browser  Chat  Record chat sessions  Navigate the course inside the collaboration  area
  • 19. In the Communications area, click Collaboration
  • 20. Choose a Collaboration to join
  • 21. Select Glossary Manager Select Add Term
  • 22. Select Tools Select Glossary
  • 23. Set grading periods  Create reports  Leave feedback 
