    FlexBooks: How To Adapt - Presentation Transcript

    1. CREATING FLEXBOOKS “ How To Adapt Content ”
    2. TABLE OF CONTENTS Register Adapt Search Compile Save Publish/Print
        • PUBLISH/PRINT your FlexBook now (purple section)
        • Further ADAPT the content you have compiled (orange section)
      2 OPTIONS After saving, you may:
        • Edit Content
        • Insert and Edit Images
      ADAPT Step II Copy & Paste from External Step III Insert Images Step IV Edit Images Step I Copy & Paste within Editor
    3. ADAPT: Content within Editor
      • Copy the content you wish to add.
      4. Paste the content in the chapter to which you want to add content.
      • In the FlexBook Editor, click Action> Edit for the chapter from which you require content.
      • Close the Chapter Editor.
      5. Click File > Save .
    4. ADAPT: Content from External Resources 3. Click File > Save .
      • Copy content from an external source, such as a MSWord document.
      • Paste the content in the Chapter Editor.
    5. ADAPT: Insert Images
      • Click Insert > Image or the Image icon to insert images in the chapter.
    6. ADAPT: Insert Images
      • Paste the URL in the Image URL field to insert an image from the Web.
      • Click Browse to insert an image from your local machine.
      • Click Upload.
    7. ADAPT: Edit Images 3. Click File > Save .
      • Right click the image and click Insert/edit image .
      • If it is an image URL, edit the URL and click Update .
