Hi I’m Christian. You’ve
probably encountered a bully
before, or maybe you are one.
Here I’ll explain the ways
people are bullied. I’ll also
explain why people bully
others. Finally, I’ll explain
what you can do about bullies.
First let’s talk about the
ways people bully others.
Name-calling is a common
form of bullying this can be
done over the phone, on the
web or up close and personal.

Other times, they use physical
force. They might punch,
slap, kick, or other things.
Now let’s talk about why
people bully others. Some
bullies get abused at home,
and they take it out on other
people. Other times they think
it’s cool or want to make
friends. Sometimes they want
to feel better about
themselves.
To stop bullies in their
tracks, you can tell a teacher,
parent, or school counselor.

around the bully. If you are a
bully, you should talk to a
counselor about why you
bully and see what you can do
about it.
As you can see, bullies
have several ways to bully,
bullies have several reasons to
bully and you can help make
this world a better place by
trying to stop yourself and
others from bullying.
