Before painting began, CJ taught the class about the basic nature of the w/c and inktense pencils. Everyone created a test chart before beginning.
CJ answered color and technique questions

Students used their color charts to select the correct colors and pencils for their painting
Everyone created a fine little antique porcelain cup and saucer. CJ suggested the finished product could be matted in oval mats and backed with velvet and placed on a wide ribbon to be hung during the holidays or given as a gift. They could be matted and framed in a traditional manner as individual pieces. The paper can be further trimmed and slipped into specialty greeting card stock with a slide in window. All product can be found at Arizona Art Supply
