Jim previously led market validation and wrote the first product requirements for well-known software products including Citrix GoToMyPC and GoToMeeting. Jim is a frequent speaker on new product development and the process of finding successful business models. He holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Idaho.
