Here’s the pipeline of how we develop and launch Facebook, web and iPhone applications for our clients. Breaking down the process into manageable chunks allows us to focus on details and collaborate with our clients at each step. This also leads to more transparency as our clients can track our progress compared to the Timesheet we commit to at the start of the project.
We first gather all the required documents to understand the project and our client’s brand. In our apps, we represent the clients so that it is consistent with their marketing strategy and design philosophies. We then strategise the trajectory of the project – which features need to be built, metrics to be measured and functional specifications. After the strategy has been built, it’s time to create wireframes for the look and feel of the app. We obsess over user interface designs to ensure that our apps have an easy flow. Once done, we move to developing the back-end infrastructure, front-end functions and admin panel. The app is then put through rigorous tests to observe patterns in user interactions, fix bugs and maximize compatibility on different platforms. We also test for speed and scale so that the app can support massive surges of trafﬁc without compromise. The app is ready to go live! Whether on our servers or one of yours, we provide email support to help you install it on your site or Facebook page. And it doesn’t end there! We’re still with you for 30 days providing free maintenance, and if you wish we can provide extended support at reasonable rates.
