All rights reserved. • CBIZ-217 Employees are able to gain access to much higher liability limits than may be found in the open market and are able to do so at a group discounted rate. In some cases, premiums for individuals are as much as 50% less in a group program than with an individual umbrella liability policy. Group programs offer liability limits from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000 with flexibility to customize each program. Because of their success, senior level executives need high liability limits as they can often be the target of lawsuits.
