This series will help people understand the issues, constraints and opportunities that poor people face in adapting to climate change and escaping poverty. Produced by ALIN, Kenya Protifolon’s new issue will focus on Disaster Risk Management. Protifolon is a policy briefing series that highlights cutting edge thinking on the emerging issues affecting South Asia. Protifolon is produced by Development Research Network (D.Net), Bangladesh
