      • CA Service Desk Manager r12.1 will help mitigate the risk of service disruptions and provide a balance between central governance and local control by providing service-level visibility and risk analysis across multiple domain-specific change tools as part of a Federated Change Management strategy. These drill-down views show automatic Change Collision Detection. alerting administrators when multiple changes are scheduled for a Configuration Item on the same day.
