  1. 1. RESPECT, a project supported by PEACE III Programme managed for the Special EU Programmes Body by Louth Peace and Reconciliation Partnership. Health Promotion and cookery demonstration for Migrant Care Workers Wednesday 10th November 2010 The Netwell Centre, Dundalk Institute of Technology is hosting a health promotion talk and cookery demonstration for migrant care workers of older people in the community. Eating a varied and balanced diet is important for healthy ageing. This demonstration will help highlight to care workers the significance of a nutrient rich diet in later life. The cookery demonstration/Lesson will be given by local chef, Gerard Coyle and will be accompanied by a health promotion talk given by a Health Promotion Officer.
