    •  The balanced scorecard is used extensively in business and industry, government, and nonprofit organizations worldwide to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, and monitor organization performance against strategic goals.
    • A Balanced Scorecard approach generally has four perspectives: FINANCIAL PROCESS LEARNING AND GROWTH CUSTOMER
    •  How do our shareholders identify financial success? Return On Investment Cash Flow Return on Capital Employed Financial Results (Quarterly/Yearly)
    •  Number of activities per function Process alignment Process bottlenecks Process automation
    •  Employee turnover Job satisfaction Training/Learning opportunities Innovation
    •  What processes you must be exceptional at with customers, and shareholders? Delivery performance to customer Quality performance for customer Customer satisfaction rate Customer percentage of market Customer retention rate
