building healthy customer relation
4. Forecast volume and Budgeting: Continuous follow up with customers to get order forecast for
each season for technician allocations in the factories
5. Samples/ Swatch Management:
a. Follow up with factories and customers on the delivery of the Salesman Samples and
Confirmation Samples on time
b. Actively involved in the development of the samples for individual customers
c. Get approved production material reference swatches from clients which technicians can follow to
approve bulk production material
6. Tech Pack: Get all relevant data from customer before starting of production & follow up with
production team for the implementation. Tech Pack includes:-
a. PO copies
b. Factory details and Factory Production Schedule
c. Product commercialization report
7. Build Relationship with, Customer, Trading partners and Factories:
a. Constant communication with clients for their feedback and requirements on the quality
b. Production related issues like production material deviations and shipment status
c. Weekly Order Status in each factory for individual clients
8. Review:
a. Inspection checklist for all confirmation samples to avoid any critical & major issues during
production
b. Production material & quality deviation compared to confirmation sample
c. Weekly order status report for each factory for responsible customers
9. Investigate: Claims Root Cause to avoid any such repeated claims in future for any customer
I am also doing Audits of Chrome Free Leathers for C&A Brand in Pakistan for all the Leather
Supplying Tanneries at Pakistan, for C&A,. (Namely: Yousaf Tannery Kasoor, Insaaf Leather
Karachi, Mian Muhammad Shafi & Co. Karachi, VIP Wears Karachi, etc.)
I have also Done QC for Leather for one month in China for the following Tannery
1) Prime Asia China Tannery for Clarks Brand
Recently, I am also doing Sales and Marketing duties for IMPACTIVA within
Pakistan and in that I am responsible for searching, motivating and guiding the
Leather Industry within Pakistan that howIMPACTIVA is helpful and beneficial for

Forecast volume and Budgeting: Continuous follow up with customers to get order forecast for each season for technician allocations in the factories 5. Samples/ Swatch Management: a. Follow up with factories and customers on the delivery of the Salesman Samples and Confirmation Samples on time b. Actively involved in the development of the samples for individual customers c. Get approved production material reference swatches from clients which technicians can follow to approve bulk production material 6. Tech Pack: Get all relevant data from customer before starting of production & follow up with production team for the implementation. Tech Pack includes:- a. PO copies b. Factory details and Factory Production Schedule c. Product commercialization report 7. Build Relationship with, Customer, Trading partners and Factories: a. Constant communication with clients for their feedback and requirements on the quality b. Production related issues like production material deviations and shipment status c. Weekly Order Status in each factory for individual clients 8. Review: a. Inspection checklist for all confirmation samples to avoid any critical & major issues during production b. Production material & quality deviation compared to confirmation sample c. Weekly order status report for each factory for responsible customers 9. Investigate: Claims Root Cause to avoid any such repeated claims in future for any customer I am also doing Audits of Chrome Free Leathers for C&A Brand in Pakistan for all the Leather Supplying Tanneries at Pakistan, for C&A,. (Namely: Yousaf Tannery Kasoor, Insaaf Leather Karachi, Mian Muhammad Shafi & Co.
