Germs spread this way… </li></ul><ul><li>Cover your coughs & sneezes with a tissue or your elbow – NOT your hands. </li></ul><ul><li>Drink plenty of water-based fluids each day (water, herbal tea, 100% fruit juice, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. </li></ul><ul><li>Keep antioxidants and endorphins flowing! If You Choose to Drink, Try These Safety Tips <ul><li>Space and Pace </li></ul><ul><li>- Limit yourself to one drink per hour (that’s all your body can metabolize!). </li></ul><ul><li>- Alternate each alcoholic beverage with a full glass of water. </li></ul><ul><li>Measure and Count </li></ul><ul><li>- Set a limit before you start and stick to it! </li></ul><ul><li>Count your drinks. Depression symptoms may not get better on their own — and depression may get worse if it isn't treated.
