  • A good marketing plan starts with pricing it right
  • Ask your client – do they think there is value for them in the marketing of their home on the #1 ranked real estate web site among agencies. Other sites have listings, but no one else spends as much to advertise to bring buyers to the site.
  • Attracts millions of buyers.
  • To paste a picture of your web site here: Open your website. Press your [Prt Scn] button on your keyboard. Come back to this slide, click Paste (or right-click > paste). Crop and re-size, as needed. (Using the picture toolbar) ALSO – Give good reasons why they should know about your website – it is not enough to just brag that you have one.
  • You and your property listings have internet presence at the regional level as well.
  • Mention other ways you may be using the Internet for marketing properties – such as Realtor.com. If you do not offer additional Web Site marketing, delete this slide.
  • Feel free to add your own tips for home showing. Let them know you will give them a checklist.
  • How is this important to your client? Keeping RE/MAX at top-of-mind to the consumer means they think about going to remax.com when they want to search for property – and you will be marketing their home at remax.com!
