The Big 3 – LinkedIn Connecting to People Allow LinkedIn to access your email and send requests Search and select people you know and add their email to have LinkedIn send request Use Introductions to access people who are 2nd or 3rd connections Use InMails to connect to others Used the advance people search to identify relevant people to connect too.

You can follow Industries to tailor this more via the settings tab

Share the job via an update, post to Twitter, post to groups and forward to up to 10 people using a personalised message. Check back via Manage Jobs section. View Applicants and Check References LinkedIn displays all positions of your applicant and highlights relevant people Look for 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree connections and contact them for a reference directly, via InMail or Introductions

Make sure the comapanies staff link to the companies business page via their own job desciption. Staff must have well completed profiles to show they keep up with technology, or it could have a negative effect on the company.

Use a variety of different content types, upload docs, newsletters, posts, success stories, industry news and observations 5. Ask your employees and followers what they want to see – give them a voice by asking for them to contribute.
