  • 3. Alzheimer's Association The Alzheimer's Association is the world's leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research.
  • 4. Alzheimer's Disease Education and Referral Center (ADEAR) The ADEAR Center, funded by the National Institute on Aging, distributes information about Alzheimer's disease (AD) to health professionals, patients and their families, and the public.
  • 5. Alzheimer's Foundation of America The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) provides care and support to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, and their caregivers and families.
  • 6. Alzheimer's Disease Research Centers (ADCs) The National Institute on Aging funds Alzheimer’s Disease Centers (ADCs) at major medical institutions across the U.S. Researchers at these Centers focus on the program’s long-term goal—finding a way to cure and possibly prevent AD.
