Participants will learn how to boost sales through various Internet platforms. There will also be lessons and case studies on the impact of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, business opportunities created by the Internet, a behavioural analysis of online shoppers and how to use big data in marketing models. Participants will also obtain first-hand information and insights through visits to China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Alibaba Group/Taobao Marketplace.
