Chief People Officer - Business Development Manager<br />Chief People Officer is looking for a select group of entrepreneurs and high achievers who want to run their own business as an independent contractor. <br /><ul><li>Similar to an insurance agent in the ultra competitive insurance market, you will have the freedom to run your own business, plan your business’s future, and be rewarded for managing high performance results. Unlike the insurance industry though, you’ll be marketing a unique suite of HR and Business Performance software products that are truly game-changing in the HR IS marketplace.

You will be viewed as an indispensible business partner to your clients as you escalate their business performance while creating focus and alignment across their entire organization. <br />Responsibilities of the position include:<br /><ul><li>Prospect and introduce the PeopleAssistant® solution to the business community
  3. 3. Manage a robust sales funnel and move opportunities through the sales milestones
  4. 4. Close opportunities and execute sales contracts with prospects
  5. 5. Manage expectations and timelines during the implementation phase, both internally and with the client.
  6. 6. Keep clients using, growing and happy with the tool and sell ad-on HR services as appropriate
  7. 7. Renew client contracts at end of term to keep your book of business growing
  8. 8. Seek referrals and supporting relationships with client base
  9. 9. Attend company meetings, trade shows and training events as needed
  10. 10. Represent CPO in the community with appropriate business functions, events and associations
  11. 11. Be the liaison and ‘voice of the customer’ to the product development team
  12. 12.
