Brendon Schrader, CEO
Brendon is Founder and CEO of Antenna. Since launching the company in
2006, he has defined the strategy and vision for Antenna’s growth and culture
as well it’s unique talent community.
Over the last 15 years, Brendon’s leadership experience has spanned numerous
complex marketing and communications issues, including market segmentation,
key message design, brand positioning, competitive assessment, and customer
insight analysis for industries ranging from technology to consumer products.
Prior to starting Antenna, Brendon led strategic brand planning and integrated
marketing communications for 3M’s largest consumer brand, Post-it® Brand
Products, and served as an internal strategy consultant across 3M’s 40 divisions
on marketing and communications initatives.
Brendon has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, an M.Ed. from
the College of Education and Human Development, and an undergraduate
degree in Business Administration all from the University of Minnesota.
Additionally, he has studied leadership, strategy and innovation at
Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jennifer Laible, Vice President
Jennifer has over 15 years of leadership experience in the Retail, Digital
Businesses, Entertainment, and Financial Services industries. Jennifer has
delivered significant value for companies in strategy formulation, customer
value proposition design, business model development, alliances and
partnerships, and go-to-market planning.
Prior to joining Antenna, Jennifer led the Strategy and Business
Development function at Best Buy for the $5B entertainment portfolio of
businesses, leading growth through new products, channels, customers,
and partnerships. In addition to her seven years of retail leadership, she
has extensive experience in the financial services industry across product
development, strategy, and finance.
Jennifer has an MBA in Strategy and an undergraduate degree in Finance from
the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Meet our leaders.
John Kundtz, Vice President
John brings over 20 years of brand building experience in marketing and
business management to our clients. He spent 13 years with the Pillsbury
Company in various marketing/brand management and general business
roles. As Vice President of Totinos, his responsibilities included establishing
the long-term vision for the business, developing and management of the
brand positioning and strategy, driving new product plans, leading the annual
business planning, and owning the overall P&L responsibility for the division.
John continued his career as Vice President of Marketing at CNS responsible
for the Breathe Right business where he led the strategic and annual business
planning, developed a brand roadmap for the Breathe Right brand and
oversaw all marketing and new product activity for the brand. Most recently,
John served in the role of Vice President of Professional Services at Neilson,
where he was a business partner and senior consultant to several national and
global CPG companies.
John holds an has an MBA in Marketing and an undergraduate degree in
Economics both from the University of Michigan.
