In a world deluged with what I like to call 'the rhetoric of the technological sublime,' this is a message that needed to be gotten across. Good going, Scott Berkun. I got a kick out of the YouTube video of this presentation as well.
What was it again? 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration? Who said that?
