    In a world deluged with what I like to call 'the rhetoric of the technological sublime,' this is a message that needed to be gotten across. Good going, Scott Berkun. I got a kick out of the YouTube video of this presentation as well.

    What was it again? 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration? Who said that?

    Tech marketers in particular are guilty of purveying oceans of magical thinking in plugging their products. An example I like to point to was the cover story on the iPhone in Veja magazine down here in Brazil. The cover line: 'It's like magic!'
