    2. History ★ Started in 1997 OATH OF DUTY Developed in 1998 by Congress ★ Congress has "I pledge to do my best to represent and serve my peers in the Bonner Program. I expanded promise to help shape and articulate the visions and policies of the program as well ★ Bonner Scholar & as promote communication and sharing of Leader equity ideas bet ween consortium schools. I, as a representative of the Bonner Student ★ Core source of Congress, understand that my role is significant not only to my peers, but to student voice & the entire program. I will do my utmost in leadership spreading knowledge and understanding of the program whenever I am needed."
