great topic.. if i understand correctly.. polsh biggest newspaper started building such internet startegy since they went for the internet.. (whats interesting name of the group is Agora;-)).. users have accounts, many of them leave comments.. there are debates and quarrels under every article.. they also built their own 'web 2.0' and other places like blogs, photoshare, videoblogs, many groups they sometimes cite blogs on their frontpage.. maybe the final effect is a bit too informal but discussion goes on.. poland is not so good in building information society but maybe later it would be a good to have Agora also on parliament webpage??
