    • 2. Hays recognised that the site presented a number of user issues and wanted an impartial and prioritised list of user challenges and recommended solutions.
    Solution:
    • 10 task-based user experience interviews with Job Seekers and Employers.
    • 3. Emphasis on understanding users’ motivations and issues of engagement related to job/candidate search and job application sections of the site.
    • 4. Research demonstrated specific usability issues with central elements of the website, and the online experience.
    Results:
    • Produced prioritised list usability issues that helped digital team to make decisions that could dramatically improve users’ overall experience.
    • 5. Re-focus of development time and attention to the primary search tool.
    • 6. Quick usability wins, significantly reducing user frustration and increasing productivity on site.
“Blue Latitude, usability work, helped Hays prioritise and focus on the key areas of improvement for our website from our users perspective. Their insights and actions were exceptionally clear and tied in directly with our business goals and needs.
